Give your baby the best start to life, join us for a nurturing experience that combines gentle baby massage, baby yoga, and postnatal yoga for mums. Our classes focus on baby massage as a tool for bonding and relaxation, while also providing opportunities for mums to practice yoga and support their postnatal recovery.

  • You will learn a gentle and easy-to-follow massage sequence, focusing on a different area of the body each week

  • In the final weeks we will explore gentle baby yoga poses and movements to stimulate baby's sense of balance and body awareness

  • Enjoy much needed selfcare and me time through postnatal yoga poses and exercises for mums to help restore the body, build strength and boost wellbeing

    What to Expect:

  • Baby-led and relaxed classes: feel free to cuddle or feed your baby as needed

  • Create precious one-on-one time with your baby and make special memories

    Class Details:

  • Please bring a baby towel for warmth, we will supply a terry cloth when massaging baby with oils

  • Limited space for prams; they can be left in the foyer if not in use

  • Classes are limited to small numbers to ensure a comfortable environment for babies

  • Mum's and baby's must have had their 6-week check by week 4 of the term to participate in baby yoga; baby massage can be practiced a little earlier (please check if unsure)

  • Once booked more information will be provided for what to expect and the studio location in Upper Coomera
