Hi there, I'm Kelly, owner of Blissful Babies Massage & Yoga and Sun Moon Yoga & Wellness. With over 20 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, and massage therapy, I've had the privilege of teaching and working with clients worldwide. My background includes working with renowned studios such as Triyoga and Neal's Yard Remedies therapy centres in London, as well as various other studios and treatment rooms across Europe, Asia, and Australia. Having owned and operated my own yoga & baby massage studio in Western Australia and now based on the East Coast of Australia.

When I became pregnant with my first son Charlie, I decided to specialise in prenatal and postnatal yoga, as well as baby massage, baby yoga and sensory, toddler yoga and sensory and paediatric sleep and development. I trained in these areas while carrying him, and after Charlie was born, I continued to teach these classes, often with him by my side. Later, my younger son Harry also joined me in classes. At home, I massaged both of my boys daily for the first 12 months, and then several times a week thereafter. As they've grown into their toddler years, I've continued to use massage to help with common issues like constipation, and to help them wind down for sleep. It's also been a special way for us to connect after a busy day, or when they need some extra love and comfort. Now, when they ask for what Charlie calls "soft hands," it warms my heart and reminds me of the power of touch.

I didn’t just learn about prenatal and postnatal yoga, baby massage, and baby yoga & sensory – I lived it. Through my own practice, I experienced the benefits it brought to my body and mind during pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. I ’ve also had the privilege of teaching and guiding many pregnant women and new mums, seeing the profound impact these practices can have on their physical and mental well‑being, as well as sharing the joy of baby massage and yoga with countless mothers, empowering them to connect with their little ones on a deeper level. From alleviating pregnancy discomforts to supporting postpartum recovery and emotional balance, I’ve seen the transformative power of yoga and massage firsthand.
